Yes — we work with homeowners, landlords, real estate agents, strata managers and business owners. We have experience with apartment complexes, retail properties and commercial sites.
Yes. We use commercial-grade degreasers combined with high-pressure water to remove oil, grease and fuel stains from concrete and paved driveways. Results depend on how deep the stain has penetrated but in most cases we get excellent results.
We recommend having gutters cleaned at least once a year, ideally before storm season (spring). If you have large trees near your home, twice a year is better. Blocked gutters can cause serious water damage to your roof and foundations.
Gutter guards are mesh covers that sit over your gutters and prevent leaves and debris from entering. They significantly reduce how often you need gutter cleaning. We supply and install gutter guards as an add-on service. Learn more →

We're usually able to schedule jobs within 1–3 business days. For urgent jobs, call us directly and we'll do our best to fit you in sooner.
Yes — we work Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm. Weekend slots can fill up quickly so we recommend booking in advance.
Not a problem — just give us a call as soon as you know and we'll reschedule at no charge. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer that slot to another customer.
🏠 On the Day
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water connection, we can complete most jobs without you being home. We'll send you before and after photos when done.
It depends on the service:
• Driveway & patio cleaning: 2–3 hours
• Gutter cleaning: 1–2 hours
• Roof restoration: 4–8 hours (full day for larger roofs)
• Multiple services: we'll give you a time estimate when quoting
Just make sure the areas to be cleaned are accessible — move any cars off the driveway, clear away outdoor furniture if possible, and make sure we can access an outdoor tap. That's it.
Light rain usually doesn't affect pressure cleaning or gutter cleaning. However, for roof restoration work we may need to reschedule if conditions are unsafe. We'll always contact you ahead of time if there's a weather issue.

We take great care on every job and damage is extremely rare. However, if something is damaged due to our work, our $20M public liability insurance covers it. Just let us know and we'll handle it promptly.
